Farm Technician
£17,473 - £18,000 per annum
Plus £3,000 overtime payment per annum (paid in 12 monthly instalments)
Reduced on site rental of property also available.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
A Technician is required to work within our Farm team, with staff and students on our busy College farm. Your work will predominantly be livestock orientated with specific requirements to relief milk, but will also include field and estate work, basic machinery operation and working with students.
You will hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Agriculture or relevant subject area and a full UK driving licence. Industrial experience in agriculture is also essential, along with knowledge of health and safety legislation.
Brinsbury Farm operates for 52 weeks per year. You will be expected to work unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays.
