We are looking for a passionate and motivated people to champion our customers and make sure they are at the heart of what we do, and how we do it. Joining our team as a Customer Engagement Executive, you will become an ambassador for the customer voice.

Your New Role

Joining our team as our Customer Engagement Executive, you will make a difference to the way we work with our customers and how they can get involved with the service we provide. We are looking for passionate individuals who understands the importance of engaging with a diverse group of customers, and recognise their varying views and needs.

This will be an exciting role in which you will engage with customers using a variety of methods and mediums that best suit their needs.

You will deliver and oversee initiatives that engage customers in making a difference in their neighborhoods and services including Focus groups, door knocks, and mystery shopping.

What you'll need to succeed...

As our ideal Customer Engagement Executive, you will have experience of researching customer needs and views and designing and facilitating events. We are looking for someone who is flexible and looking for a challenge; the role will cover a group wide geography and will occasionally include weekend and evening work.

You will excel at working to our values: we get things done, we work together and we do the right thing and will work flexibly and in collaboration with the wider business to make sure the customer voice are championed throughout the group.
