Administrator Coordinator

Salary: £18500 - £20000 per annum

Location: Horsham or Crawley

About the role

Responsible for providing help and guidance to customers in using administration services, communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.

Undertaking and coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, maintaining and measuring excellent customer service and standards of work, in order to uphold and enhance the reputation of the Business Services team

What you will do:

The specific accountabilities of this flexible role may alter from time to time in order to meet the needs of the business/client, but accountabilities will include (or be equivalent in nature to) those listed below:

* To establish, develop and maintain good working relationships with customers providing help and guidance on using administration services.

* Communicate and positively influence the purpose, value and benefits of the service, persuading and enabling customers to use the service effectively.

* Resolving service delivery issues and understanding future changes which may impact on Business Services.

* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to positively influence, negotiate with, and persuade customers to work in new ways.

* Support team in setting high standards for work and customer service and show drive and commitment to achieve these standards.

* Meet targets for completion of work to high standards and use initiative to interpret and resolve issues to achieve the required results with guidance and advice from managers on issues.

* Responsibility for the supervision, co-ordination or training of Administrators, including advising, instructing and checking work.

* Share relevant knowledge, skills and experience with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to help ensure continuous professional development.

* Planning, organisation and adjustment of rotas, escalating issues appropriately.

* Present findings/recommendations and exchange varied information with a range of audiences in the most appropriate format.

* To undertake directed project work, to agreed timescales. Working with managers to implement changes.

Your experience will include:

Experience gained in one of the following areas:

* Customer Service / Administration / Business Support

* Excellent knowledge of a wide and varied range of IT software.
