Scheme Administrator
Are you interested in working for a leading social housing provider across England? A housing association with a portfolio of approximately 30,000 properties is currently seeking to take on a leasehold scheme manager within one of their schemes in Hastings.
You will use your experience within the sheltered housing sector to manage all the communal areas. reporting repairs and overseeing any contractors on site. In addition to this, you will also contact residents on a daily basis via an intercom system for those that require this. This would suit someone who is looking for flexibility or someone who has experience within an administrative or customer service capacity in the sector and would like to take that step into a slightly different role.
This is a great opportunity to increase your experience within the sector and you will benefit from a competitive hourly rate and a flexible part-time 20 hour shift pattern all Monday through Friday with no weekend work or out of hours required so a great work-life balance is on offer. This is initially a temporary ongoing position so would require someone who is immediately available or available at short notice but does have the opportunity to go into a permanent contract following this initial period.
If this sounds like an opportunity that would interest you for the next step in your career in social housing then please do not hesitate to contact Amy Gee on (phone number removed)
