• As Area Manager you will have commercial responsibility for your 'patch' and will be able to use your considerable people skills to engage, coach and inspire your management team.

• You will be able to use your retail or hospitality experience to guide your managers, supporting them with their objectives and helping them to achieve the best results, both commercially and in the delivery of exceptional service to their guests.

• With a down-to-earth, authentic approach, you are always 'yourself' and this enables you to build high-performing, committed teams who feel supported and who genuinely care about the customer and the delivery of commercial results.

• Your background in a field management role will mean that you can manage effectively, even when you can't be there every day.
