Job Details
The Business Administration Apprentice will have the opportunity to learn the following skills:
- Opening post
- Allocation of post to staff members
- Completing patient registrations
- Faxing
- Scanning medical documents
- Answering the phones
- Updating medical records
This role is based in the back office and at the end of this apprenticeship, the candidate will be well equipped to work within any office environment. The apprentice will receive full training.
Brighton Health and Wellbeing in Hove are looking to recruit a Level 2 Business Administrator to cover all aspects of business administration. The role will involve a range of administration tasks such as opening post, answering the telephone and updating medical records. The candidate will work within a challenging, but supportive environment.

Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) was created from the merger of City College Brighton and Northbrook College Sussex. It is the college for our City and our region and draws on 150 years of heritage, history and experience.
