DEPUTY MANAGER (RESIDENTIAL) - CHICHESTER - 20 BEDDED HOME - GOOD CQC

£24,000 PER ANNUM PLUS BENEFITS

White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a small independent Residential home based in Chichester offering care for the elderly for up to 20 residents.

This provider is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager which is a pivotal role within the management team, where you will support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home and be responsible for the following:

·Care delivery, Care plans and Risk assessments
·Liaising with multiple professionals, residents, relatives and visitors
·Formal supervisions of employees within the home
·Safe administration, storage and management of medications
·Supporting residents’/dealing with all aspects of their personal care, health and welfare needs
·Support home manager and ensure all shifts are covered with adequate staffing levels
·Perform on call duties

To be considered for the role you must have prior management/supervisory experience within a care home setting and hold a Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management.
