As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be contacting customers who have recently purchased a new appliance to talk about their warranty options. By focusing on developing a rapport and gaining a complete understanding of their current needs, you’ll make the most of every call and will always provide the customer with the available options in order to secure and retain the sale.
You’ll also contact customers whose warranty is coming up to renewal, to ensure they continue to receive the level of care and attention they would expect from the UK’s leading specialist warranty provider.
A skilled sales professional, you’ll thrive on targets and love to be challenged; but you’ll always put the customer first too. You’ll understand the customer’s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport.
