We are looking to recruit an experienced Tooling Planner with Paint Process knowledge to join our customer on a 9 month contract in West Sussex. The successful candidate will have an established portfolio of experience in tool design and manufacture, alongside a broad knowledge of paint process equipment in the automotive industry, knowledge of JLR processes a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:

·To manage the specification, design, materials selection and purchasing of new and existing process tooling and tool cleaning processes. 

·Manage and plan funding for future structure & model projects, identifying changes required to existing tooling and additional needs. Supporting this with sound business rationale ensuring it is fit for purpose and cost effective. 

·Create a strong link between production and planning departments
