An exciting opportunity is available immediately for a Telesales Agent.

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and energetic people to join a great team in Portslade. As a Sales agent you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to our customers and clients. The sales team is the central contact point for all incoming enquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Handling all Incoming phone-based customer queries 

·Handling all Outbound calls to inform new customers of our product

·Sales order entries, quotes & returns

·Providing sales support for the sales team

The successful candidate will have:

·Highly self-motivated individual with a positive, 'Can Do' attitude

·A professional manner and customer service orientated

·Strong IT skills

·Accuracy with data entry and strong attention to detail

·Ability and willingness to use initiative, learn new tasks and concepts quickly

·Excellent team player with a strong work ethic

Salary: £10.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission

Hours: 10am-6pm Monday- Friday
