My central Horsham based client is looking for an amazing Customer Service Executive on a 6 month temporary basis, who can hit the ground running! Experience of using SAP is essential. We are looking for someone to start immediately and on the job training will be provided. Main responsibilities: • Processing customer orders • Managing & scheduling engineer call outs from immediate requirements to one week ahead • Providing customers with timely reports and quotations • Updating customer information accurately in the customer service database   Ideal candidate profile: - Previous high-quality customer service experience within a target driven environment - Customer orientated attitude to service excellence - Strong communication skills - Fast & accurate data inputting skills - Self-motivated with a great personality - Team worker - Flexible to be able to support other customer service teams - Empowered to take ownership of any task - Inspire customer loyalty - Proactively anticipate customer needs and expectations whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers - SAP experience is essential. Experience of using Salesforce would be beneficial     Additional information: - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, full-time for 6 months. Extension to the contract or temp to perm may be possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. - Short walk from Horsham train station. - Pay rate: £11.06 per hour increasing after 12 weeks to £11.27 per hour. - Vetting for this role will include 5 years’ referencing, so work/education history must be referenceable.     If you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please apply immediately.
