Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering high quality care within a community setting. We are looking for a Band 5 Registerd Nurse (RNA) to join our highly skilled and innovative nursing team in the Regis Local Community Network based in Bognor Regis.

We are looking for full time or part time hours to cover this position.

As we move into Communities of Practice this is an opportunity to be involved in new innovative service development. Working in an integrated way with other disciplines across health and social care, delivering high quality, holistic care. In return, we offer continuing professional development with an extensive induction programme for staff in supporting them to deliver excellent care at the heart of the community.

A prior understanding of community nursing is desirable as is working within an integrated team, but not essential as full training will be provided. Continuing professional development is offered and tailored to individual needs for nurses who wish to develop their clinical skills and gain experience of delivering a wide range of nursing services.

The Regis Community Nursing team offer a friendly and supportive environment to develop a variety of nursing skills. You will share responsibility for a caseload of patients alongside the Community Sister, whilst remaining a part of the wider team, benefiting from the varied skills and experience they have to offer. You will have the ability to work autonomously in all aspects of care delivery.
