Job Title: International Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Executive

The Role:
In this brand new International Business Development Manager position you will be responsible for the complete new business sales cycle, from cradle-to-grave, representing an award-winning portfolio of online learning/ eLearning solutions into the Corporate market place. Based from London or Horsham, you will be primarily focused on developing the very lucrative U.S corporate market place, targeting organisations of all shapes and sizes, across multiple verticals in the North American region with a heavy emphasis on selling Executive Coaching, Leadership Training and Management Training. As an International Business Development Manager you will be backed-up by a second-to-none marketing and support team, providing a huge volume of inbound enquiries and leads allowing you to focus you attentions on what you're good at... interacting with clients and managing a new business pipeline.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record in corporate business development
- Consultative, value focused sales style
- Ability to manage the complete sales cyle from start to finish - with multiple examples of success
- Experience and understanding of the Training or HR industry is desired but not essential
- Experience of selling an eLearning portfolio previously would be highly desirable
- Can-do attitude and a drive to be successful
The Package:
For the right Business Development Manager the package is ultimately negotiable, however initial indications are for a basic salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum. On top of this would be an excellent benefits package, extensive coaching and personal development and an uncapped commission plan allowing an OTE of £70,000+.
