37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Are you a confident and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for education?

Have you had experience working with young people or students?

Chichester College Group is recruiting for a School and Community Liaison Officer. From 2020 students will have an alternative to ‘A Levels’. ‘T levels’ are two year technical programmes designed with employers, giving young people the skills that industry needs. The role will work closely with Curriculum areas to implement holistic, targeted campaigns and events to raise awareness and increase recruitment from schools to T Levels and encouraging students to progress onto a technical option.

In this busy and varied role you will be at the heart of a wide range of activities to promote Chichester College Group as a destination of choice for students across the area. You will also work closely with the marketing and college curriculum teams developing resources, presentations and workshops to support your activities.

Key to this role is attending external events and meeting potential students, parents, teachers and careers advisors to promote the college across West Sussex. Alongside this, you’ll manage a busy programme of events within the college.

As a School and Community Liaison Officer you will deliver presentations to a wide range of audiences, be involved in informal class discussions and plan and deliver activities.

A full driving licence is essential for this role.
