This is for an immediate start.
The Telesales Insurance Adviser is responsible for placing outbound calls, engaging with customers and generating insurance and warranty sales for the company.
The Telesales Insurance Adviser will identify the appropriate policy to each customer and based on comprehensive product and sales training, use probing techniques to uncover needs for the customers. You must be able to understand complex sales processes and recognise, in many cases development of a qualified sales opportunity may require a consultative approach, including detailed data gathering and customer relationship development.
Days of work: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm
Salary: £19,500/annum (£10.00/hr) + Uncapped commission
