Our highly established technical based client is seeking to recruit an Administrator to work in their sales office in Burgess Hill.

Key tasks:

* Process customer purchase orders in a timely manner

* Administer stock deliveries to suit customer demands

* Answer customer order chase reports via email and telephone enquiry

* Answer simple customer enquiries on pricing and availability

* Answer and redirect incoming calls

* File pending and completed paperwork

* Use the company CRM system to access filed quotations

* Conduct annual archiving of completed order paperwork

* Monthly ordering of stationery supplies

* Other office administration duties as requested

Ideal candidate skills:

* Be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail

* Be diligent even in mundane tasks

* Work well under timeline pressures

* Have worked as an order processor/administrator previously

* Be customer focused

* Friendly with the ability to work well within a small office team

* Be proficient in using a PC and particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
