We are seeking a committed and experienced Sister / Charge Nurse to join our client's busy Surgical Ward team at their large acute hospital site, based in leafy and comfortable surroundings in Haywards Heath. This is a full-time role, but we are open to hearing from candidates seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity. Our client is a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK, working with some of the capital's eminent medical Consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare specialists. The successful candidate will lead the team to deliver high quality, clinically effective care, liaising with Consultants and colleagues to co-ordinate and manage services, while identifying training opportunities for staff and further improvement strategies for the department. Person requirements: Registered Nurse with full NMC registration Minimum of three years' (at least one year UK-based) relevant post-registration experience, with at least one year as a Senior Staff Nurse in a Surgical setting.
