We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Band 7 clinician, with proven skills in working with complex needs and postural management experience, to join our unique team at Chailey Clinical Services for 4 days a week.

Additionally you will lead complex assessments within a number of specialist outpatient clinics offered at Chailey Heritage Clinical Services, including the MDT posture clinic and the OT-led upper limb clinic.

The post holder will provide support to the professional lead OT, and line manage more junior colleagues working within the team. They will lead on areas of service and policy development and audit in this specialist area.

You will be joining a small, experienced and friendly team of Paediatric Therapists offering access to excellent support systems with personal appraisal, objectives and training plans designed to meet your specific needs/CPD requirements. Study leave for external courses is also supported in this specialist field. Flexible working hours are available.
