Customer Support Administrator (immediate start)

Location: Brighton

Hourly rate: £8.75p/h

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.30pm

Do you have great administration skills with the ability to offer outstanding customer service? I am looking for a friendly and self-motivated candidate to fulfil a minimum of six weeks temp booking for my highly reputable client based in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

• Updating the CRM system
• Administration
• Liaising with customers over the phone
• Liaising with HMRC to ensure files are compliant
