Due to an increase in their current workload our client are recruiting for experienced Groundworks Foreman to join their well-established team in West Sussex.

As Site Foreman you will be required to manage ground works including drainage, culverts, kerbing and paving across multiple projects in one hours radius of the head office.
As a Site Foreman you will be expected to take ownership over the work you are carrying out and will be expected to liaise with the site team and find solutions to any technical problems that may arise.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage Labour on Site
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Carry out relevant inspections and testing to ensure conformance of the works with the design and specification
Undertake basic take-off's
Cube up concrete
Quality checks
Read and review construction drawings
General site duties

Skills & Qualifications:
Must be degree qualified
Experience within a similar role
MUST have a valid CSCS card SSSTS
