On behalf of a fantastic care provider I am looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team at one of their Residential Homes in the Chichester area.

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a privately owned care group in the Farnham area.
My client is a well-established privately run group of Residential homes throughout the Farnham area and are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to help manage a Residential Home. The home is a purpose built facility which caters for elderly clients and is registered for Residential and Dementia care.

My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience and good people and leadership skills. You will be dynamic, sharp and hungry for a challenge with a strong personality. This post really requires an individual who is focused and has the want to succeed.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

Skills/ Experience:

• RMA or be willing to work towards
• NVQ Level 4 minimum
• Experience of working within a Care Home environment
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Managment experience
• Medication TRAINING

Duties will include:

• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/appraisals/Training
• Care plans/reviews/meetings

The company is an independent provider of Care and Nursing Homes throughout the UK.

This position will be suitable for: Deputy Manager, Care Manager and Residential Deputy Manager.
