We have an exciting opportunity for newly qualified or an experienced nurse RGN, RMN, RNLD to join this already fantastic team as a staff nurse. The home, which is located near Horsham, has been fully equipped allowing nurses in the home to offer the highest level of general care. You will be responsible for the day to day care of the residents including medication rounds and care plans as well as ensuring every resident lives each day to the fullest.

This home is part of a reputable, healthcare company with excellent standards for providing effective, individualised care for all their residents. The home has an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment as well as staff morale being very high. The latest CQC was an overall good which was done in November 2018.

The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
