Trainee Teacher

Job Responsibilities
• Shadowing the main teacher to understand the dynamics of the classroom
• Attending weekly training sessions
• Understanding autism and other learning difficulties
• Adapting your teaching style to suit the needs of students
• Tracking and maintaining student progress
• Planning and preparing activities for the lesson
• Liaising with staff and parents
Key Requirements
• Own means of transport
• A GCSE C-grade or equivalent in Maths and English
• Experience working with special needs, ASD, EBD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD
• Experience as a TA, LSA or with care roles
