We are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to join a highly successful, long-term project in the Hastings area. The client is a nationwide 5* housebuilder with projects across the UK and a number of long-term residential schemes within London, this particular site has 4 more years remaining.

As no1 Senior Manager you will be responsible for the full build process on site with a site manager and 2 x Assistant site managers reporting into you aiming towards a build rate of 1.5 per week.

Suitable candidates must have;

·Traditional build housing experience

·Previous Volume Residential experience

·A minimum of 5+ years’ experience of working for Residential developers within the UK

·A stable career history

·CSCS, SMSTS & First aid all in date
