HR Manager (Permanent – Part time, 30 hours per week)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager to lead our HR department. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional to take on this interesting and challenging role and at the same time develop their knowledge about working in the Education sector.

This is a permanent, part time post working 30 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. Actual working days will be from Monday to Thursday (7.5 hours a day). The pro rata salary is £30,057 per annum (this is based on spine point 46 within Grade 10 of the support staff pay spine) for which the full time salary is £37,571 rising to £40,316 over four years subject to satisfactory performance.

Holiday entitlement is 24 days per annum. This entitlement rises to 29 days after five years’ service.
