Come help us & take part in the FUN!
Paddle Round the Pier Beach Festival is Europe’s largest FREE water-sports and beach festival and is run purely by volunteers and takes place on Hove lawns, Brighton, U.K.
There are tons of exciting events taking place at this year’s Festival, be part of it and help raise money. It’s going to be even bigger and better and the bigger it is the more volunteers we need!
Are you a business who have a team of volunteers that could raise funds on our gates for the Charity or if you’re an individual who could spare just a few hours or a whole day from Friday 5th July, Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th or Monday 8th July,
We want to hear from you!!
Without the support of volunteers like you, that donate their time, Paddle just would not happen.
Please contact us on volunteers@paddleroundthepier.com or complete the form on Paddle Round the Pier 2019 website
A massive thank you from the Paddle crew and we look forward to hearing from you!
Company
The spectacle that is the “Paddle Round The Pier beach festival” emerged, like all good things, from very humble beginnings.
In 1996 a small group of surfers, led by founder Dave Samuel, decided to bring together the surfing community in a social seafront event which would raise money for charity at the same time. From the 50 people who attended the first “Paddle”, the event has evolved in to what is now regarded as the world’s largest free charity beach festival, with average visitor numbers of 50,000+ people!
