Red Flag Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Representatives to contribute in generating business leads for our client’s company based in the heart of Brighton.
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing business leads over the phone and maintaining good client relationships.
This is a Monday to Friday role (No Weekends)
Flexible hours: 3.30pm-11.00pm / 11.00pm - 7.00am
Rate of pay: £8.21/hr for Afternoon/Evening shift and £9.00-£9.50/hr for Overnight shift.
Weekly pay + Uncapped commission/bonus structure.
Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Executive:
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals.
- Contact existing businesses and generating and qualifying leads using scripts
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and leads
Requirements of a Telemarketing Executive:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
