An organised, committed individual with a team focus, sense of fun, and strong administration skills is required to join a fast growing market research recruitment agency, that specializes in sourcing high quality participants for a range of research projects. Clients include full service research agencies and digital marketers.

The company has established itself as a key player in the research industry and has tripled in size over the last 3 years and this rapid growth continues.

Project Coordinators will relish the challenge of sourcing quality participants with high attendance levels for client’s research projects.

As a fast growing company, with an extremely fast-paced office environment, we rely on our flexible, dedicated and passionate team to think on their feet and respond quickly to urgent situations and client demands. All with a smile and sense of humour!

You will be working closely with Project Managers to support them in turning around multiple projects to very tight deadlines. No two days will be the same so a flexible, pro-active approach is an absolute must here!

Project Coordinators will have a monthly target to meet in terms of number of respondents personally booked in to research projects with monthly bonuses linked to performance.

After the induction period you will take ownership of all administrative and project-related tasks and put together daily updates for your project manager to feedback to their clients.

Ideal Candidates:

You will ideally come from a fast-paced office environment, in a phone-based role, demonstrate strong administration skills and the capability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

Driven and ambitious, you will display a strong work ethic, sense of humour, and a desire to be part of a small growing company so you can grow too. Most importantly, we are looking for someone that can be welcomed into a small team and enjoy working with!
