Duties to be performed in the role will include:
- Demonstrate strong customer focus, and excellent customer service skills
- Respond promptly to customer needs and take responsibility for customer concerns
- Responding to future customer emails
- Receiving calls from customers
- Updating CRM database
- Assist office to sell additional products to existing clients
- Office administration
