Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) have exciting new roles available as part of our new IT Service Desk function. The post holders will be part of the implementation of the desk, and support a team of staff in delivering excellent service whilst providing a responsive first line support network.

The post holders will be members of the IT Service Delivery team. This team concentrates on the provision of IT Operational Support and Customer Services support functions during the operating hours of the service desk.

The team will be responsible for delivering first line technical customer-focused IT support to all SCFT staff. The team will liaise with multiple internal clinical and non-clinical services. The team provides a responsive service via incoming telephone calls and assists in resolving first line incidents and service requests.
