HR Administrator (Apprentice)

Salary: £11,731.50

Hours: 37.5 (Monday to Friday)

Contract: 18 Month Contract

Location: Warnham, Horsham

SHC is a Health Social Care organisation going through a period of change, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administration Apprentice to join the team. We are in the process of changing the way that HR works and its service delivery model so this is a great time to join the organisation.

As a HR Administrator Apprentice, you will be supported in completing your CIPD level 3 qualification and guidance from HR Professionals with completing daily tasks which will include producing and issuing contracts, taking minutes, running reports and producing references.

  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organisation and timekeeping skills

The successful candidate should have their own transport and will be required to travel around the Homes which are all based in West and East Sussex.
