Customer Service Advisor

Our housing teams provide rapid response and planned maintenance services for a portfolio of homes nationwide. We provide contact centre solutions, housing management, and regeneration and build new homes, working with clients to help shape better places.

You will work with the Operational team to provide planning and administrative support to the Partnering Manager and will work as a member of the team to assist in the following tasks and responsibilities:
* Engaging with colleagues and external stakeholders over the telephone.
* Raising orders appropriately, you will be responsible for raising the appropriate certification for each void property.
* Develop close working relationships with the Void Supervisor and East Kent Housing to ensure a smooth transaction throughout the entire void process.
* Ensuring paper work is in order and jobs are coded correctly and reporting on profit percentages to management.
