The Nursery in question is situated just outside of Crawley (within 5 miles) and is a popular setting. The nursery has approx. 150+ pupils and can be considered an average sized nursery school. The setting is currently looking for a Level 3 qualified nursery assistant to work 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday). This position is required ASAP on an ongoing permanent basis. This position has become available due to a current member of the team reducing her hours due to her own childcare. This setting is a vibrant, fun and interactive learning environment that is committed to offering a child centred and enriched learning experience. This setting is hugely popular in the local catchment and is oversubscribed year on year. This nursery is fortunate to have received a recent makeover and as a result offers clean, spacious and well-resourced rooms. This nursery is invested in all their staff members and is dedicated to supporting their staff with their development.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

● Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in EY

● Relevant early Years experience (Must be able to provide 2 references)

● Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum

● Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

● Providing learning and play activities for children within your room

● Helping and tracking the development of your key children

● Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
