Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Red Flag Recruitment is seeking a Receptionist/Data Entry Assistant to be the face of our client’s company based in Littlehampton.
Your responsibilities as a Receptionist/Data entry Assistant:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments while maintaining appropriate etiquette and tone.
- Courteously acknowledge guests upon arrival and departures.
- Update and maintain internal website for all current events including calendars and photos.
- Update and maintain internal social media platform.
- Perform general office admin work and data entry duties as assigned.
- Maintain flexibility to multi-task and take on new and different tasks as directed
- Maintain appearance of reception and lobby areas.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office hours)
- Detail oriented and proactive.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain high integrity and confidentiality.
