Progression & Liaison Coach
£18,542 - £20,269 per annum, plus Crawley Weighting allowance £610 per annum
Fixed term - 2 years
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are looking to expand our team of coaches working on the Chichester College Group and Sussex Learning Network’s Collaborative Outreach Project (SLN:COP). The project helps design activities to support young people and adults with progression to Higher Education (HE), Higher Apprenticeships or professional courses. You will deliver, record and evaluate a HE coaching programme with a targeted cohort.
You will have Level 2 literacy and numeracy, experience of working with a wide range of students in an educational setting, coaching and mentoring skills and proven communication and interpersonal skills
The role will be split across our Crawley and Brinsbury sites with occasional evening work.
