An opportunity to make a difference to the success of Apprentices.
This role provides the vital link between an Apprentice, their employer and the apprenticeship delivery team. Focusing on both Engineering and Business apprenticeships, you will be required to provide a high level of support to apprentices and their employers to facilitate progression, achievement and success, using planned review sessions to check progress and provide pastoral support when required.
You will take an active role in the achievement of high individual student attendance and success rates, meeting or surpassing the relevant targets for each. You will understand the study needs, options and progression opportunities for post 16 learners, and have an ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. Coaching and mentoring skills are also essential.
