37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

A proactive individual with initiative and the ability to work under pressure is required to ensure the effective operation of administrative support for the team and to co-ordinate the College’s transport provision, and well as the administrative requirements of car parking.

You will be flexible, customer focused and possess proven communication skills.  With an NVQ level 3 in administration or equivalent, you will also be computer literate (sufficient to set up spreadsheets and manipulate information for statistical purposes), organised, detail conscious and able to work to tight deadlines.  The ability to manage customer complaints is essential.
