INTRODUCTION
OSR are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Franchised Commercial Dealer in Crawley, who are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to join their busy site.
THE COMPANY
Franchised Commercial Main Dealer.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Promote and sell all new and used van in line with manufacturer standards.
* Achieve sales targets.
* Maintain new and existing clients with a high level or professional service.
* Day-to-day organisation or diary management.
* Build rapport with customers to establish their needs and requirements.
* Provide the highest level of customer service.
* Adhere to all codes of practise, systems of work, and processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales.
* Must have a stable work history.
* Target driven and motivated.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Must be presentable and IT Literate.
* Kerridge experience not essential but a significant advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
* My client is offering a competitive basic salary of £22,000 and an OTE of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
* Various company benefits for the successful candidate including Company Vehicle, Pension etc.
* Our client will provide full training and support, with progression routes for the right candidate.
