Senior Business Development Manager

Tutorcare is a dynamic company operating at over 300 centres nationwide, with another 1000+ training instructors ready to deliver in-house courses, we are the UK's largest vocational training provider. We provide a vast array of training solutions to companies and individuals all over the UK.

We are currently looking to expand our business development team and are looking for driven, enthusiastic account managers to help grow with us.

The Role

* You will be primarily responsible for fact finding, building relationships and generating sales from within a buying customer base as well as developing further business from newly introduced customers.

* Over the phone, you will be able to engage clients in needs-based conversations with the ability to identify closable business.

* Taking incoming calls from existing customers and assisting them with their enquiries.

* Closing quoted business.

* Assist the management with coaching and supporting junior staff.

* This is an office-based role with the very occasional local face to face visit.
