  • The Snowdrop Care at Home Specialist Palliative Care team
  • Special School Nursing
  • Specialist Children's Continence team

Starting in September 2019 you will commence a fixed term contract with SCFT and undertake either a one year full time or two year part time course (depending on previous experience) at the University of Surrey. Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust will endeavour to help successful applicants to find a post but are unable to guarantee posts at the end of the course.
