This is a temporary short term contract for the Immunisation Service from 16th September until 20th December.

This is a 37.5 hour per week post, based at Hellingly.

This opportunity is ideal for you if you are looking to get back in to the job market after caring for children, looking for experience and skills to add to your CV, would like to work in an NHS Trust, or simply want to earn cash to help pay for Christmas.

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated person who is willing to work flexibly to join our Immunisation team on a temporary 13 week short term contract from September to December to assist us with the administration of the influenza vaccination in schools.

The post holder will provide administrative and secretarial support to the local Immunisation team who are part of the innovative and dynamic Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust Immunisation Service, dedicated to improving immunisation uptake and delivering the schools-based immunisation programmes.

You will need to have excellent written and verbal skills to deal with a wide range of people, both clinical and non clinical. You will need to be able to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines. Duties will include use of computer packages as appropriate, e.g. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SystmOne, along with filing, stock monitoring, photocopying and taking phone calls for the team.

Experience of working in Children's Services would be an advantage.

A portfolio of necessary training will be given.
