Position overview:

A Fashion design house is looking for a Shipping & Logistics Executive to join the team and hold responsibility for all shipping queries. Your job will be to ensure the smooth running of all the brands shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule all open packaging orders

• Manage all international wholesale orders and freight solutions

• Manage order exceptions in-line with weekly schedule - Proactively communicate with buyers, sellers and shippers to ensure that any delays are resolved quickly

• Manage parcel shipping claims associated with damage or loss

• Track, document and provide suggested solutions to address any underlying causes of the delays/exceptions

• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions - Propose solutions to minimize the risk of controllable delays.
