We are looking for both Seniors and Residential Support Workers to ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their potential through enjoyment and achievement.

Our home in Worthing is a two bed home providing care for young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties or challenging behaviour. We work together as a team to promote independence and provide the best outcomes for the young people at our home.

  • Senior’s will need their level 3 and previous experience with children

In general our shifts are 24 hours starting at 8 or 9 am through to the next day with a sleep in.

If you are working full time, this would be 3 days a week. Weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year will be worked on a rota basis.

The Support worker role in Worthing is for 39 hours a week with 5 weeks holiday
