Our recruitment partner is looking for a HR BP who can come and hit the ground running in a busy HR function. This is a regional role and will suit someone who is based in West Sussex or Surrey.

Reporting to a Lead HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for your regions change management, trade union relations and a small team of HR Advisors. It is key you have experience in supporting the business in driving and managing change effectively, using change management tools and processes.

This role is requires a BP who is fully CIPD qualified and have a good amount experience in a generalist BP role, ideally from a large and complex organisation. You will need to demonstrate a range of influencing skills, personal impact and communication skills that will ensure success and command instant credibility at all levels across the business.

The role initially is on a Fixed term basis for 6 months but could be extended depending on needs of the business.
