Reed Finance are currently working with an SME business based in Chilworth but with European headquarters based in Switzerland.

Financial Controller

The role requires a part-time experienced financial controller to work 30 hours across a working week. You will be responsible for running their small finance team of two who cover purchase ledger and sales ledger/credit control.

Responsibilities will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts, prepare year end accounts for audit, manage HMRC submissions, work closely with the credit controller to manage age debtors, Oversea day-to-day expenses and petty cash, annual budgeting of overheads and inter-company purchases & manage all company compliance, policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role you must be:

A fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or ACA)

Have experience of working in a business-to-business focused international business.

You will have previously worked for an SME business and have experience of managing a small finance team.

You will have strong communication skills and be able to present results to the UK board along with the SMT based in Head Office.

An FTE salary of £60k, pro-rata'ed down accordingly
