Call Center Customer Service Executives
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Call Center Customer Service Executives to join a busy office based in Portslade by Sea.
Previous experience within a sales/call center environment is essential.
The Call Center Customer Service Executive will have the following responsibilities:
- Obtain customer information by performing outbound sales telephone calls.
- Guide and inform customers through the insurance and warranty policies and plans.
- Accomplishes sales targets and related results as needed.
As a Call Center Customer Service Executive, you will be highly motivated, target driven and have a strong telephone manner and communication skills.
Training is provided as well as ongoing support.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: £10.00/hr (£19,500/annum) + Uncapped commission
