Job Details
This role is starting on Wednesday 26th June 2019
The position could be up to 2 months and become permanent if you were interested in the role on this basis.
The position is reporting into the Head of HR and Monday to Thursday only. The hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm
The main purpose of the role is to undertake the administration of all the recruitment & selection process and working closely with all managers to fill all varied positions.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job
- Working closely with Managers and assisting Line Managers with recruitment needs and opportunities.
- Recruiting new staff to the business including working closely with Line Managers to ensure they have provided appropriate request to recruit documentation including job description and advertisement copy.
- Placing advertisements on a range of job boards and liaising with the Marketing team regarding social media postings.
- Overseeing the selection process to include shortlisting, agreeing on timelines with hiring Managers and arranging the interview process. This will include preparing assessment schedules, room bookings, IT bookings, catering bookings and liaising with all relevant teams.
- Preparing all assessment documentation and distributing assessor documentation prior to the assessment date.
- Coordinating the assessment on the day, dealing with any changes or amendments
- Ensuring that candidates are comfortable with the selection process, have the right information and have confirmed attendance.
- Operating within the legal framework and adhering to policy to ensure non-discriminatory selection recruitment and selection procedures
- Assisting with the recording of data, filing and any other administrative tasks as required.
Please apply for this role if you have previous experience working with HR or recruitment and you are organised, methodical, flexible and have an adaptable approach to work. We need you to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate administration and record keeping.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office and an understanding of advertising and social media platforms is preferable.
