Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Are you a Quality Control Technician with experience in an inspection role? This is a hands-on position where you can excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
* Support the production team in the day to day operation of the mould shop, and automated production plan ensuring tasks are completed within allocated timescale and that work is planned to the best utilise capacity
* To maintain and develop quality systems throughout the factory operations ensuring that the highest standards of product quality are maintained
* Regularly update the QC Team Leader on pending actions, completed project or any quality related production issues
* Review and perform RCA on suspect parts
* Report on processes that are proven to be troublesome or unproductive
* Conduct ISIR on components as requested by QC Team Leader
* Day to day production verification tasks including life testing and wall testing following documented procedures
* Perform moulding checks as per documented QF25’S
* Conduct goods inwards inspection as required
Requirements:
* GCSE Level Education
* Experience within an inspection role
* Knowledge of Quality testing methods
* Experience of working in a quality department or test lab environment
* Knowledge of Injection moulding or electronics
* Experience in ISO 9001 and Quality Systems in general
