Legal Secretary/PA

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to work in a professional environment?

If so, I have a great opportunity to work for a highly reputable firm in Storrington

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £18000-£2000k

Responsibilities;

• All aspects of administration and responsibilities on the floor
• Preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing including composing letters
• Preparing mail, cheques and enclosures for dispatch when necessary
• Maintaining an up-to-date diary and arranging meetings/appointments.
• Offering support to junior/temporary staff when required
• Maintaining the Firm's own Database of Wills
• Covering reception duties
• Maintaining a good relationship with existing/new clients through face to face meetings
• Undertaking any specific training when required
• Ensuring the confidentiality of the firm's and its client's documentation

The ideal candidate will have the following skills;

• Experience in a clerical background
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
• Familiar with legal formalities
• Excellent inter-personal skills on and off the phone.
