Call Centre Agent – Telesales

We’re looking for individuals with a great work ethic, a strong personality and a genuine desire to progress to join our excellent sales team. Alongside the great pay, commission and bonuses, you’ll receive many other fantastic benefits.

Where do you fit in?

You can expect a basic of £19.5K with a realistic OTE of around £28-35K in your first year. We offer full extensive training and a defined career path, starting the journey based within our Outbound Sales Team, before having the option progress into an Inbound/Customer Service role or even a Team Leader capacity – it’s your career – you define it!

Your Attributes

You are a naturally curious and energetic individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You love talking to people and have a strong ability to build trust and rapport with each of your customers. A passionate problem solver, you thrive on challenges and focus on self-development to excel in a high-performance environment.

What you’ll get in return from us#

  • Commencing salary of £19,500 per annum or £10 per hour 
  • Uncapped commission structure, one of the most competitive in the Sussex area
  • Permanent full-time employment (38 hours) with guaranteed stable hours
  • Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday. Enjoy your weekends!
  • Fantastic full-time hours 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday – Friday
